Again ROCKS thrown and UNDERWEAR STOLEN by neighbourhoods of FLAMMANTS 08/10/25

Now 08/10/25 , I notice Neighbourhoods of FLAMMANTS have AGAIN thrown ROCKS and stolen an UNDERWEAR from behind where I put them to dry.
